Through the travel program, NASA EPSCoR seeks to encourage the development of new collaborations, projects and proposals, with the ultimate goal of fostering the growth of NASA related funded research at Montana institutions.

On a competitive bases, the Montana NASA EPSCoR Travel Program provides funding for:

  • Montana faculty to travel to NASA Centers or to present work at NASA-related conferences. Graduate students can also apply as long as their work directly supports work being done by a faculty member.
  • Visits to Montana campuses by NASA-related researchers. Due to NASA funding restrictions, we cannot support NASA civil servant travel.

Foreign travel is not allowed under this program.

A post-travel report must be submitted to the Montana NASA EPSCoR Director within two weeks of the completion of travel. Call (406) 994-4223 with questions.
